We used Randy at RWM Travel for an Alaskan cruise.
He helped plan our excursions, many that were not available from the cruise line.
I must say this was one vacation I was not looking forward to since I do not like cold weather. We had a blast and was the most beautiful vacation that we have had.

Randy prepared us ahead of time for what to expect on our cruise and answered all of our questions. When Princess Cruises dropped the ball on getting our home flight scheduled he stepped in and found us an airline to get us home. We will be forever grateful. He is our hero, he got us home.
